The first release in the series (5,922 bottles), matured in PX sherry & red wine casks and bottled at 60.6% ABV. A powerful, rich single malt showcasing the early house style of sherry‑led English whisky.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Vanilla, raisins, gentle spice, hints of chocolate.
• Palate: Full‑bodied, rich sherry influence from PX & red wine casks.
• Finish: Very long, warming, mouth‑coating creaminess. 

NO.2 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.2

Product Description

Bottled at 60.9% ABV, matured in PX, red wine & bourbon casks. Intense and robust with award‑winning profile (Gold medals at ISC & World Whisky Awards 2020). 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Summer berries, caramel, oak, dried fruits (raisins, apricots, sultanas).
• Palate: Luxurious dried fruits, sherry spice, earthy PX richness, smooth body.
• Finish: Bold, lingering notes of sherry and caramel. 

NO.3 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.3

Product Description

Aromatic and warming single malt matured in PX, Oloroso, Cream Sherry & red wine casks and bottled at 54% ABV—a fragrant, incense‑forward style.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Incense, dark chocolate biscuits, treacle tart.
• Palate: Golden syrup, chai spices, date, warming oak spice.
• Finish: Honeyed fruit and cinnamon lingering warmly. 

NO.4 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.4

Product Description

Bottled at 52% ABV, highly acclaimed as World’s Best Single Malt Whisky (World Whiskies Awards). Balanced, complex, sherry‑led with rich honey, roasted nuts & dried fruits.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Overripe banana, pineapple, scrumpy cider, cinnamon, cigar tobacco.
• Palate: Strawberry jam on scones, mincemeat, bittersweet walnut liqueur, amaro.
• Finish: Long, nutty, leathery, cigar‑like. 

NO.5 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.5

Product Description

The fifth release, matured in PX, Oloroso & red wine casks, bottled at 52% ABV. Elegant evolution with polished oak, red apples, chocolate and Devonshire cream. 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Cherry Bakewells, dried fruit, old oak, pecan.
• Palate: Coffee cake, cinnamon, rich red wine depth, tropical fruit lift.
• Finish: Toasted brown sugar, cassia, mahogany warmth. 

NO.6 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.6

Product Description

Bottled at 52% ABV, matured in Oloroso, PX & red wine casks. Complex, exotic spice and sherried richness considered a refined evolution of the series.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Prunes in syrup, raw cake batter, currents, red cherry, espresso powder, milk chocolate.
• Palate: Chocolate‑coated raisins, dried cranberry, mushrooms in oil, plum & black cherry.
• Finish: Long, caramelised sugar, maraschino cherry.

NO.7 — Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.7

Product Description

The final release in the series, matured in Oloroso, PX & red wine casks. Bottled at 52% ABV, non‑chill filtered, natural colour. A refined, fragrant finale full of honeyed fruits, cocoa nibs and elegant sweetness.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Creamy hazelnut, clove, raspberry, stewed plums, chocolate raisins, salted caramel, sandalwood.
• Palate: Toffee popcorn, apricot jam, almond friand, honeyed fruits, red berries, orange peel.
• Finish: Orchard fruit and dark chocolate.
